Forsyth County Booking and Intake
Forsyth-specific public pages do not publish a minute-by-minute booking timeline, but the health-care RFQ and annual-report material describe the local process well enough to avoid generic filler. A person arrested by the sheriff, Winston-Salem Police Department, Kernersville Police Department, state agencies, probation/parole, or another local agency is transported to the Law Enforcement Detention Center. Forsyth County Commissary and Funds
The sheriff's official commissary page names McDaniel Supply Company as the provider. Deposits can be made at the lobby kiosk in the back of the detention center lobby, and the page says the kiosk accepts cash or credit cards in a monitored location. Online deposits and packages are handled through Jail Pack Store. The P2C FAQ says inmates are not allowed to receive packages outside the approved process.
